Become a member

Members help keep Mesa Aberta — Associação de Jogos de Tabuleiro, our non-profit, going for €12 a year. Fill in the form below; our team reviews every application and confirms your membership by email. You don't need to be a member to come and play.

We're still formalising the association. The paperwork has taken longer than we hoped for reasons outside our control, but registering now still counts: your details are on record and we'll confirm your membership once everything is official.

Members' rights and duties

Rights

  • Take part in the activities organised by the association.
  • Attend, discuss and vote at General Assembly meetings, and ask the Chair of the General Assembly to convene one.
  • Elect and be elected to the governing bodies, within the limits set by law and these Statutes.
  • Request information about the association's activities, accounts and management.

Duties

  • Treat everyone with respect.
  • Use the association's property, equipment and premises responsibly.
  • Pay the membership dues on time.
  • Help organise and run the association's activities and give any cooperation requested.
  • Carry out responsibly any role you are elected to.
  • Contribute to the association running smoothly.
  • Comply with these Statutes, the association's regulations and the decisions of its governing bodies.
