Twilight Imperium Portugal

As far as we know, there has never been a gathering in Portugal dedicated only to Twilight Imperium. This is the first one we know of, and if we're wrong, so much the better: come along and tell us about yours.

We start at 09:00 and stay until the last game ends, which in practice tends to mean somewhere around 04:00 on Sunday. One full day and one full night around a single game, Twilight Imperium: Fourth Edition. There will be several copies at the event, brought by members, friends and partners such as Rollmates or Miniversos, with all the tables running at the same time. There's nothing for you to bring.

Never played? We teach from scratch. You don't need to have read the rules, because there's always someone at the table explaining as the game goes. Even so, turning up with some idea of what the game is will get you a lot more out of the day. But it's only fair to tell you what you're in for. Twilight Imperium is a demanding game, heavy on rules and on negotiation, and one game takes the whole day and part of the night. If you're up for twelve hours in the same galaxy, we'll keep a seat for you.

Entry is free, but seats at the tables are limited and have to be booked in advance. Write to geral@theboardgame.club with the subject "[TI Portugal Registration]" and tell us your nickname, so we can show the tables here as they fill up.

Keep an eye on the tables on this page, because the seats really are counted. You can always drop by to say hello, have a coffee, talk or watch a game. To sit down and play you need to be registered, or to talk to us first.
